Starting with the autosurf programs - and the poor quality traffic they deliver - converting it to manual surf traffic, while gaining even more free traffic using the banner exchanges on all your rotating pages

Assuming you have your own web site, or at least access to some kind of free host - you should start by signing up on the surf programs - both auto and manual surfs.
Then, make sure you activate them all by surfing the specified amount of pages

When all your programs are activated, you need to sign up thru the banner exchanges.

Now - The traffic received from autosurfs should point to pages where you somehow advertise manual surfs.
If you can make a simple page with your manual surfs and the banner code(s) for all the banner exchanges you joined, you have an excellent page to have in rotation

Now you can easily build similar pages with programs of your choice. Many of the autosurfs offer you the opportunity to advertise several pages - You should try to vary your pages as much as you can, so this is something well worth to do.
